Brantford Police Service is seeking public assistance in locating 33-year-old Minlu.
He is described as six feet tall, approximately 187 lbs with a medium build, black medium-length hair, and brown eyes.
Minlu has a tattoo of a Koi Fish on his left arm and is known to have his left ear pierced with a stud earring.
Authorities urge anyone with knowledge of Minlu’s whereabouts to contact Detective Jet Khagura of the Brantford Police Service – Major Crime Unit at 519-756-7050 ext. 2919.
