The Brantford Police Service is investigating a robbery at Lynden Park Mall after four masked men allegedly stormed a jewelry store in the middle of the afternoon and smashed display cases before fleeing with merchandise.
Police say the incident occurred Monday, Feb. 23, 2026, at approximately 4:25 p.m. inside the mall.
Officers were called after reports that multiple suspects had entered the store, shattered glass cabinets and removed a quantity of jewelry.
Employees and customers were inside the business at the time.
No injuries were reported.
Investigators describe the suspects as four adult males wearing masks.
One suspect is described as a white male with a thin build, approximately 5’7” to 5’9”, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and black pants.
A second suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 250 pounds, between 5’8” and 5’10”, dressed in all black clothing.
The remaining two suspects are described as Black males with thin builds, approximately 5’7” to 5’9”, also wearing all black clothing.
Police have not released the estimated value of the stolen items or indicated whether a vehicle was involved.
