The incident happened between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Grand River Street North and Trillium Way.

According to OPP, a white SUV turning left onto Grand River Street North from Bradbury Crescent struck a male pedestrian in the crosswalk.

The incident is not being treated as a fail-to-remain collision. Investigators are attempting to identify the driver, described as a woman between 25 and 35 years old who was operating a white SUV.

Police are reminding motorists to use caution, particularly during winter months when reduced visibility and changing road conditions can increase risks.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Brant County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
