Police Issue Canada-Wide Warrant for Federal Offender Known to Frequent Brantford, GTA

Canada-wide warrant issued as ROPE Squad seeks federal offender unlawfully at large

Ontario’s Provincial Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad has issued a Canada-wide warrant for Troy Parson, a federal offender who is currently unlawfully at large.

Parson, 36, is serving a two-year, three-month sentence for several offences, including possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possession of a prohibited weapon knowing it was unauthorized, and possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order.

Police describe Parson as 6’3” (191 cm) and 185 pounds (84 kg), with brown hair and green eyes. 

He has multiple tattoos, including “wasted youth” on his neck, “Sherry Lynn” on his right hand, a skull with a sword on both hands, “Loyalty” on his left hand, and skull designs on both legs.

Investigators say he is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area, Cambridge, Kitchener, and Brantford.

Authorities are urging the public not to approach him if spotted.
