North Park Collegiate Vocational School was briefly placed under lockdown Wednesday morning after Brantford police received a report of an unwanted person on school property.
Police say the call came in around 10:20 a.m. regarding an individual inside the North Park Street school.
As a precaution, the Brantford Police Service enacted a temporary lockdown while officers searched the building.
Officers quickly determined the person had already left the property. The lockdown was lifted at approximately 10:50 a.m.
Police confirmed no weapons were involved and that there was no threat to student safety at any time.
A short time later, officers located the individual nearby and placed her under arrest.
A 26-year-old Brantford woman is now charged with two counts of Criminal Harassment and has been held for a bail hearing.
