A Hamilton resident is facing multiple charges after police allege he was driving impaired near Willow Lake on Saturday night.
According to the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to a traffic complaint at an event on Willow Lake Road shortly before 11:00 p.m. on July 5.
Police say they located a suspect matching the description provided by witnesses. The individual was taken into custody without incident.
A 38-year-old man from Hamilton has been charged with:
- Dangerous Operation
- Operation While Impaired
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on July 24.
