A precautionary hold and secure at Tollgate Technological Skills Centre, St. John’s College, and École Confédération has been lifted following a police investigation near Spring Gardens Park.
At around 2:00 p.m., Brantford Police received a report of two youths seen with a firearm in the area.
Officers conducted a thorough search and implemented the hold and secure at nearby schools as a safety measure.
No arrests have been made at this time.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and thank the public for their patience and cooperation.
