The City of Brantford has announced the return of the Summer Music Series at the Bell Homestead National Historic Site, offering a lineup of outdoor concerts that highlight local musical talent in a heritage setting.
Held on the veranda of the historic Bell family home at 94 Tutela Heights Road, the concerts will take place on select dates between June and August. Admission is by donation, and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating.
“We are excited to host our Summer Music Series once again,” said Brian Wood, Curator of the Bell Homestead National Historic Site. “These outdoor concerts invite attendees to enjoy the incredible local talent in our community in a picturesque and historic setting.”

Featuring the Brant County Singers
Sunday, June 8 at 3 p.m.
Rain date: Sunday, June 29 at 3 p.m. - Summer Serenade Concert
Featuring the Brantford Memorial Concert Band
Saturday, June 21 at 7 p.m.
Rain date: Sunday, June 22 at 3 p.m. - Harmony at the Homestead
Featuring the Telephone City Music Society, Brantford’s oldest concert band
Saturday, July 12 at 7 p.m.
Rain date: Sunday, July 13 at 3 p.m. - Symphony at Sunset
Featuring the Brantford Community Symphony Orchestra, performing a mix of classical pieces and modern favourites
Thursday, August 21 at 7 p.m.
Rain date: Friday, August 22 at 7 p.m.
Visitors will also have access to the Exchange Café, offering homemade baked goods, ice cream, and beverages, and the Phone Booth Museum Store, which sells souvenirs and vintage-themed items.
The Bell Homestead, where Alexander Graham Bell once lived and conducted early experiments that led to the invention of the telephone, remains one of Brantford’s most significant cultural and historical sites.
