Brant County OPP are investigating after hateful and offensive graffiti was found spray-painted at a public park in Paris.
Police were called to the park at 31 Forest Drive on Saturday, May 17, 2025, around 7:00 p.m., after a report of vandalism.
Officers discovered multiple messages defacing park property, including content deemed hate-motivated.
The area was documented by police and canvassed for witnesses.
The County of Brant was notified and has since removed the graffiti.
“Hate-motivated crimes have no place in our communities,” said an OPP spokesperson.
Investigators are urging anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area to come forward.
