Grand Erie Public Health (GEPH) is asking residents across the region to help shape its new identity. The newly established health unit, which officially formed in January 2025 through the merger of the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit and Brant County Health Unit, has launched a public survey to guide the creation of its brand voice and visuals.

The survey, available at www.geph.ca until Sunday, May 25, invites residents of Brantford, the County of Brant, Haldimand County, and Norfolk County to share their perspectives on what public health means to them, which values matter most, how they currently use public health services, and how they prefer to receive information.

“Our goal is to ensure that the new GEPH brand truly reflects the spirit, diversity, and priorities of the communities we serve,” the health unit said in a statement. “We’re building something new, and community input is essential to doing it right.”

The survey takes only a few minutes to complete, and responses will remain anonymous.

GEPH plans to unveil its finalized brand later this year, with implementation of the new identity expected to begin in late 2025.
