Brantford Police have confirmed that both individuals reported missing in unrelated cases over the past 24 hours have now been located safely.
Joseph, a 66-year-old man who was last seen early Monday morning, April 21, in the area of Sympatica Crescent, was the first to be found. Police noted he suffers from dementia and walks with a cane. Officers had expressed concern for his safety, as he is unfamiliar with the area. Authorities thanked the public for their assistance in helping to locate him.
On Wednesday, police confirmed that the second individual, 27-year-old Lilliana, has also been safely located. She was last seen at approximately 11:00 p.m. on April 20 near Powell Road and Blackburn Drive. Police had issued a public appeal due to concerns for her well-being.
The Brantford Police Service extended their thanks to community members for their support and information during the search efforts.
