Brant County OPP responded to a disturbance at a residence on Grand River Street North in Paris on April 1, 2025.
Following an investigation, a 35-year-old individual from Paris was arrested and charged with:
- Failure to comply with an undertaking
- Assault – choke, suffocate or strangle, cause bodily harm
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
