Ryerson Leenders made 30 saves to earn his first shutout as a Brantford Bulldog, powering the team to a 4-0 win over the Kingston Frontenacs and clinching the OHL East Division crown.

With top spot in the East on the line, Brantford struck early with Dylan Tsherna’s third of the season, followed by power-play goals from Marek Vanacker and a first OHL goal by Niko Krmpotic. Adam Jiricek dazzled with a slick individual effort to round out the scoring.

Leenders was perfect in net, anchoring Brantford’s defensive effort and stopping several high-danger chances. The win secures home-ice advantage for the Bulldogs through the first three playoff rounds.

Brantford wraps up the regular season Sunday against the Ottawa 67’s, with festivities kicking off at 11:30 a.m. at the BFD Outdoor District.
