A 54-year-old Brantford resident is facing multiple charges after a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 403 led to their arrest.
Brant County OPP responded to the crash, where officers determined that alcohol was a factor. The driver was taken into custody for impaired operation but reportedly became combative during the arrest.
As a result, the individual has been charged with:
• Operation while impaired
• Operation while impaired – 80 plus
AD
• Obstructing a peace officer
• Assaulting a peace officer
