The Brantford Police Service is investigating an attempted robbery that took place on Saturday, March 1, 2025. According to police, the incident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. at a jewelry store located on Lynden Road.
Police state that five male suspects, all wearing masks, attempted to enter the store by smashing the front window. The suspects were unsuccessful in gaining entry and fled the scene before officers arrived.
Employees and customers were inside the store at the time of the incident. Police confirm no physical injuries were reported.
The investigation remains ongoing, and police are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Esposto at 519-756-7050.
