The work is scheduled to begin on February 27, 2025, and is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete, weather permitting. Residents and commuters should anticipate temporary lane closures, sidewalk restrictions, and limited parking availability during work hours. Specific traffic impacts include:
- Colborne Street West: Right lane closures between Brant Avenue and Market Street, with some parking spaces occupied.
- Colborne Street East: Eastbound traffic center lanes will be closed.
- Brant Avenue: Traffic at the intersection of Colborne Street West and Brant Avenue will be directed by Brantford Police Services.
- Icomm Drive: Westbound right lane closure between Hill Street and Colborne Street.
