Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a 32-year-old Brantford resident after stopping a vehicle on Erie Avenue and discovering the driver was operating with a suspended licence and in violation of court-ordered conditions.
The traffic stop, which took place on February 18, led to charges of failure to comply with an undertaking and driving while under suspension.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
Police are reminding the public that driving with a suspended licence is a serious offense that endangers road safety and can result in further legal consequences.
