The City of Brantford has introduced a new Property Tax Portal, providing property owners with a more convenient way to access and manage their tax information online.
The initiative aims to enhance the customer experience by making municipal services more accessible and efficient.
Through the portal, property owners can securely review their account balance, access electronic tax bills, sign up for pre-authorized payments, print free copies of tax statements, and update their mailing address or contact details.
The system is designed to streamline processes and reduce the need for in-person visits or paper-based transactions.
Residents can access the portal at www.Brantford.ca/TaxPortal, where step-by-step instructions are available for creating an account and logging in.
Each property owner will receive a unique access code on their February 2025 interim tax bill, which is required to complete registration.
